The CWU has official
recognition for BBE grade with Virgin Media (old Telewest), we have organised reps who work for
your company and they have been sent away for training courses so they can serve
you. So we are asking you in what ever role
you do within Virgin Media to join the CWU so we
can bring official recognition to all parts of your company. The South East Anglia
Branch of the CWU is looking after members based in Essex.
What's in it for
me then?
Due to recent changes in the law,
the CWU can represent you should you run in to any discipline or Grievance
issues. If you have an accident whether in or out of work, the CWU can look
after you legally, but we want to go further, we want to make sure we are
involved in your Health & Safety and work, your pay negotiations and that
changes to your working day / week are done fairly.
